sugama.gyosei経営・管理ビザ（４カ月）は日本に入国しなくても取得できます。
本国からメールやビデオ電話で連絡を取り合って、当事務所が申請します。
申請のための３条件は、①オフィスの確保（予定地でも可能）②出資金５００万円以上③事業計画書です。

The Business Manager Visa (4-month type) can be obtained even without entering Japan.
You can communicate with our office via email or video call, and we will handle the application on your behalf.
There are three main requirements for the application:
① Securing an office location (a planned address is acceptable)
② Investment of at least 5 million yen
③ A detailed business plan

来日した後、すぐに手続きをすることは、①住所の届出（住民票を作ります）：当日完了②マイナンバーカード申請（日本で初めての在留資格の方は１週間で自宅の届きます。（特急発行申請））③個人の銀行口座の取得（資本金の払い込みのため）これらの手続きを３０日以内に終了してください。３０日を過ぎると申請できない場合があります。
ああとは、法人登記や事務所の契約などをして、更新申請（１年間）をします。
来日后应尽快办理以下手续：
- 住所申报（办理住民票）：当天即可完成。
- 申请个人编号卡（My Number 卡）：如果是首次取得在留资格的人士，可选择加急申请，通常在一周内寄送到住址。
- 开设个人银行账户：用于注册资本的资金汇入。
请务必在入境后30天内完成以上手续。超过30天可能会影响后续的申请。
接下来，请办理公司注册（法人登记）和办公室租赁等手续，然后提交签证更新申请（1年）。
After arriving in Japan, please complete the following procedures as soon as possible:
- Register your residential address (obtain a resident record): This can be completed on the same day.
- Apply for a My Number card: For those obtaining a residence status for the first time, an express application allows it to arrive at your home within one week.
- Open a personal bank account: Required for depositing the capital investment.
Please make sure to complete all of the above within 30 days of arrival. If not completed within this period, certain procedures may no longer be accepted.
After that, proceed with company registration (corporate registration) and office lease agreements, and then apply for a visa extension (1 year).
