在留申請は、どこに提出すれば、早く許可が出る？　　　　　　　　　在留申请应该提交到哪里，才能尽快获得批准？　　　　　　　　Where should I submit the residence application to get it approved as quickly as possible?　

在留申請を提出してから許可が出るまでどれぐらいかかる？
こんな質問がよくあります。
在留申請の種類によって変わってきます。
更新申請や資格変更申請は遅くても特定期間までに結果が来ますので特に問題ありません。
すなわち、最も遅くても、在留有効期限の２か月後（特定期間）までに許可の連絡はあります。
提出書類に不備があった場合は、提出から１月程度後に、入管から連絡があります。
何もなければ、問題なく事務処理が進んでいるのでしょう。
私の経験では、早い方は１週間で、遅い方で特定期限の２週間前に許可が出たケースがあります。
途中で入管からの連絡なありませんでした。
次は認定申請の場合を報告します。

人们经常会问：“提交在留申请后，多久会有结果呢？”

这取决于申请的种类。
如果是更新申请或变更在留资格的申请，最晚也会在“特定期间”内得到结果，因此一般不会有太大问题。
换句话说，最迟也会在原在留期限届满后两个月内收到许可通知。

如果提交的资料有不完善的地方，通常在提交后大约一个月左右，入管局会主动联系申请人。
如果没有任何联络，那基本可以认为审查正在顺利进行。

以我过往的经验来看，最快的一位申请人在提交后一周内就获批；最晚的一个案例则是在特定期间结束前两周才拿到许可。
在这期间，入管局也没有主动联系过申请人。

接下来，我将介绍“在留资格认定证明书交付申请”的情况。

A common question we receive is:
"How long does it take to get approval after submitting a residency application?"

The answer depends on the type of application.
For extension or change of status applications, the result will be issued at the latest by the end of the “special period”, so there is generally no major concern.
In other words, approval will come by two months after the original residence period expires, at the latest.

If there are any issues with the submitted documents, the Immigration Office usually contacts the applicant about one month after submission.
If there is no contact, it likely means the process is proceeding smoothly.

In my experience, some approvals came as early as one week after submission.
The slowest case received approval two weeks before the end of the special period, and there was no communication from Immigration in between.
