在留申請はどうしていますか？
①自分で書類を作成して、入管へ持って行く。
②勤務先が申請書を書いて、入管へ持って行く。
③行政書士などの専門家に依頼する。
④オンラインで申請する。
主にこの4つの方法です。

How are you handling your residency applications?
There are four main ways to apply for or renew your residence status in Japan:
You apply online.
You prepare the documents yourself and bring them to the Immigration Bureau.
Your employer prepares and submits the application on your behalf.
You hire a certified administrative scrivener (gyoseishoshi) or other professional.

①、②は時間がとてもかかります。
入管は都道府県に数か所しかなく、また、非常に混雑して、書類の提出だけで1日かかります。
追加資料や質問は、郵送されるため、往復で1週間近くかかります。
申請書の基本的な内容に不備があった場合、入管へ行って修正する必要があります。
在留カードをもらうために、入管へ行く必要があります。
また、入管へ行くときは、パスポート、在留カードが必要です。
この様に、何回も入管へ行く必要があります。
Methods 1 and 2 take a lot of time.
There are only a few immigration offices in each prefecture. These offices are often very crowded, and simply submitting your documents can take an entire day.
If additional documents or questions arise, they will be sent by post, which may take about a week for round-trip correspondence.
If there are any mistakes or missing information in the application form, you will have to visit the Immigration Bureau again to correct them.
You must also visit the Immigration Bureau to receive your new Residence Card.
When visiting, you need to bring your passport and current Residence Card.
In short, you may have to go multiple times.

③は費用がかかります。当事務所では、在留期間更新許可申請（転職無し）（ 技術・人文知識・国際業務）は55,000円からです。
Method 3 (using a professional) requires a fee.At our office, we charge from ¥55,000 for a residence period extension (without job change) under the “Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services” category.

④はオンラインで申請するので、入管へ行く必要はありません。
修正もメールで連絡が来ます。
回答もオンラインです。
在留カードも郵送でもらうことができます。
在宅で在留申請から在留カード受領までが完了します。
Method 4 (online application) does not require a visit to the Immigration Bureau.
Corrections and communications are done via email.
Results are also provided online.
Even your new Residence Card can be delivered by mail.
This means you can complete the entire application process from home — from submitting your application to receiving your Residence Card.

A Step-by-Step Guide to Online Application
① What you need:
Your My Number Card (only for initial registration)
A computer
A card reader (only for initial registration)
② New User Registration:
Use a web browser to search for the application site.

必ず、「Edge」を使ってください。カードリーダーの読み込みができないことがあります。 Be sure to use Microsoft Edge. Other browsers may not be able to read the card reader properly.

カードリーダーを接続したときに、「公的個人認証サービス」をダウンロードする必要があります。
When you connect the card reader, you need to download the "Public Personal Authentication Service."

「ご利用はこちらから」をクリック

「「外国人・・」をクリック

マイナンバー登録時に設定した「英字を含むパスワード」と「４ケタ」のパスワードを入力してください。
Please enter the password containing letters and the 4-digit numeric password that you set when registering your My Number card.

新規登録を実行して、最初の初期画面からの入力になります。これからは、IDとパスワードでのログインになりますので、カードリーダーとマイナンバーカードは不必要です。
After completing the new registration, you will start from the initial input screen.
From now on, you can log in using your ID and password, so the card reader and My Number card will no longer be necessary.

入力項目を「プルダウン」又は「入力」していきます。

最後まで入力してください。途中保存はできません。
Please complete all required fields. You cannot save your progress midway.

最後まで入力し、「ブラウザ印刷」して保管しましょう。
Once you have finished entering all information, use the “Browser Print” function to save a copy for your records.

「ブラウザ印刷」し保存したデータを見てください。
Please review the data saved via “Browser Print.”

この入力は「行政書士」の画面ですので、本人入力の場合と違う場合があります。
入力が完了すると次の画面になります。

「資料を添付する」と「顔写真を添付する」を添付します。

「資料」ですが、この会社はカテゴリー３（中小企業）になります。
　次の資料を添付しました。
　①資料の一覧表
　②源泉徴収の法定調書合計表
　③課税証明書
　④所属機関の経営状況（決算書）
　⑤「職務内容詳細」（申請資料）に申請者の業務や会社の状況を記載しました。
Regarding the supporting documents, this company falls under Category 3 (small or medium-sized enterprise).
The following documents have been attached:

“Detailed Job Description” form, which includes information about the applicant’s duties and the company’s status

A list of submitted documents

Statement of Total Withholding Tax (Hōtei Chōsho Gōkeihyō)

Financial statements showing the organization’s business condition

在留期限が迫ってきたら、一度試してください。
